Wales' first homes to meet Level 4* of the code for Sustainable Homes have been built in Bangor.  The houses designed by PRP have been created on behalf of charitable and social housing association Cymdeithas Tai Eryri.

The four bedroom homes each have ground source heat pumps and soalr thermal collectors to generate space and water heating, with each hous achieving over 70 per cent reduction in CO2 compared to convential housing and includes the lastest in sustainable design principles.
