Site Address : Tyresstown Dublin
Quick Summary
232 residential units in 2 and 3 storey buildings, 3 community units comprising offices, communal welfare unit and crèche. Total area of site is 68,800m2 and also includes landscaped park, and all weather pitch with flood lighting.
This project also includes PVC free insulants, low C02 concrete, thermal bridging avoidance. NuTech have provided Solar Panels to 112 residential units.

Client: Future Proof Homes
Site Address : Kilcormac, Co.Offlay
Quick Summary
13 two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom houses were built on the Ballyboy Road close to the Centre of Kilcormac.
The developers aim was a small eco-friendly development, planned with rising oil prices in mind and the need for something for the environmentally conscious

Out of the 150 units in this phase, 50 of the houses will be built under the SEI's (Sustainable Energy Ireland) House of Tomorrow Programme

Quick Summary
200 low energy/low C02 houses at Killeagh that do not rely on an oil or gas as the fuel to supply the space and water heating demand.
NuTech designed a system with a low enough energy demand that an internal wood pellet boiler could be used to satisfy the back-up energy required.
