Junior Minister and Lagan Valley MLA Jeffrey Donaldson recently visited renewable energy company NuTech Renewables Ltd at their offices and Showroom in Warrenpoint. NuTech Renewables are Ireland’s leading supplier of integrated renewable energy technologies and Directors Mark Forkin and Bill Quigley have amassed over 25 years experience in this area.
Mark and Bill are widely recognised as industry experts who have been involved in some of the most significant developments in relation to solar, heat pump technology as well as ventilation systems. Nu Tech offers a diverse range of solutions including solar panels/ventilation, HRVs, Heat pumps, wood pellet burners, underfloor heating as well as a tailored consultancy service.
Mr Donaldson met with Company Director Mark Forkin and his team to discuss their recent landmark award winning housing projects and gain insight into the ever changing and emerging area of renewable technology. Director Mark Forkin commented “I was delighted to have the opportunity to explain Nutech’s unique integrated renewable energy solution which enhances the effectiveness of solar panels as well as discussing recent developments in the industry with Mr Donaldson”.
Representatives from Action Renewables who are involved in the promotion and development of renewable energy in Northern Ireland also attended the meeting. Mr Donaldson said, “I am delighted to be visiting NuTech Renewables, I first met them at a Trade delegation in China. The company is very successful exporting technology, a good example of how a Northern Ireland Business can grow and provide employment opportunities through the development of technology.
